Railways RRB ALP – 1st Stage CBT
The First Stage CBT is of screening nature & will be of the following pattern:

Railways RRB ALP – 2nd Stage CBT
The Second Stage CBT shall have two parts viz Part A and Part B as detailed below:

- There shall be negative marking in 1st & 2nd Stage CBT.
- 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
- On qualifying 2nd Stage CBT, you will have to appear for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)followed by Document Verification.
- There shall be no negative marking for Computer Based Aptitude Test (3rd Stage).
- The Computer Based Aptitude Test shall have questions and answer options only in English and Hindi.
- If you are applying for Technicians then you will be directly called for Document Verification after both the stages of CBT.
Railways RRB ALP – Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Only for candidates who have opted for ALP
- Qualifying marks:
- You need to secure minimum 42 marks in each of the ‘test of batteries’ to qualify.
- This is applicable to all candidates and no relaxation is permissible.
Railways RRB ALP – Document Verification
If you qualify both the stages of CBT in case of Technicians & both stages of CBT and CBAT in case of ALP then you will be invited for Document Verification.
Railways RRB ALP – Final Selection
The ALP Merit List will be drawn from the candidates qualifying in the Aptitude Test, with 70% weightage for the marks obtained in the Part A of Second Stage CBT and 30% weightage for the marks obtained in Computer Based Aptitude Test.
